张弦 /科主任（副院长级）

专业经验：

擅长各种良性恶性血液病的MICM（形态、免疫分型、染色体、融合基因、基因突变）综合诊断，并根据相应结果进行危险度分层分层，给以相应个体化治疗。擅长恶性血液病治疗，特别是各型白血病、淋巴瘤、骨髓瘤的化疗、靶向治疗和免疫治疗。在复发/难治恶性血液病方面积累大量经验，参考国际最新药物和免疫疗法，为患者制定个体化治疗方案。擅长急性早幼粒细胞白血病的治疗，无论是初治还是复发均有大量成功经验并发表相关文章。擅长自体移植治疗淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓瘤。

参与并主持多项药物临床试验。2005年开始在应用DC-CIK、NK细胞治疗联合化疗治疗中低危急性髓系白血病并发表相关文章。2015年开始应用CD19 /CD22 CART细胞治疗急性B淋巴细胞白血病，B细胞淋巴瘤、BCMA CART治疗多发性骨髓瘤。2021年开始应用CD7 CART细胞治疗急性T淋巴细胞白血病,T细胞淋巴瘤。在我院率先开展自体移植续贯双靶点CART治疗伯基特淋巴瘤等高危B细胞淋巴瘤，并取得很好的治疗效果。完成CART治疗病例1000例以上，积累大量临床经验，挽救大量患者生命。多次在国内外重要会议上发言或发表墙报，并在国外核心期刊上发表多篇相关文章。2018至2020年，3次被美国血液学年会（ASH）选做CART治疗相关的口头报告，2024年被欧洲血液学年会（EHA）选做CART治疗相关的口头报告。

另外，对于HLA在造血干细胞移植中的作用做了大量较深入的研究。担任HLA配型室主任。多次在国家级HLA会议上做相关发言，并在国家级杂志上发表数篇文章。

执业经历：

1999-2003年，日本大阪大学血液肿瘤内科，获得博士学位。
2003年-2004年，北京大学人民医院血液病研究所北京脐带血库 HLA配型室主任。
2005年-2012年，北京市道培医院 血液科住院医生。2007年起，血液科主治医师，HLA配型室主任。
2012年-2015年，河北燕达医院陆道培血液中心，血液科及免疫治疗副科主任医师、HLA配型室主任。

2015年-今，河北燕达陆道培医院，普通血液科主任医师、HLA配型室主任。

社会职称：

主任医师，血液学博士。中国抗癌协会第五届血液肿瘤专业委员会造血干细胞移植与细胞治疗学组委员、中国医师协会血液科医师分会委员、中国研究型医院学会细胞研究与治疗学专业委员会委员、中国输血协会人类组织抗原专业会专家组委员、北京市抗癌协会血液淋巴血液肿瘤专业委员会委员、北京市癌症防治学会红细胞疾病专业委员会委员、河北省血液学会淋巴瘤专业委员会委员，廊坊市门诊特殊疾病鉴定专家、廊坊市抗癌协会药物临床试验安全性评价专业委员会常务委员。
